The blend is made up of grapes from 2013, from 35-year-old vines.
Maturation 24 months on lees

The initial aromas are of red fruits, strawberries and cherries, with a fine hint of pepper, typical of Pinot Noir.
The taste is dominated by strawberries and raspberries, with notes of freshly baked pastry and a finish of candied cherries.
A Grand Cru Rose ideal for desserts but which can also be enjoyed without food.
