Choose the right grind size for your brewing method
Extra-coarse grounds, similar to coarse salt, allow the water to flow freely, resulting in a slow extraction and a clean, gentle taste with very little bitterness.
Medium grind, similar to regular sand, is versatile and balanced — delivering a smooth and enjoyable coffee where acidity and sweetness are harmoniously perceived.
Fine grind is soft, similar to flour or powdered sugar. The small particle size allows water to quickly extract the flavor, resulting in a rich coffee with an intense taste and a smooth texture.
