100% Chardonnay from Avize and Oger, Grand Cru, base 2019 and 2020.
Aged 24 months on lees, disgorged in 2023.

Tasting notes : The light yellow color of this cuvee clearly reveals the small and dense bubbles, which rise vigorously from the base of the glass, forming a beautiful cord.
The nose is delicate, elegant and discreet. The first impression is of white flowers (acacia and orange), then it turns into fresh and citrus fruits (white peaches, lychees and grapefruit). The taste is fresh, supple and generous. The aromas mentioned earlier are complemented by saline notes. Freshly cut fruits are integrated into a sweet and savory mix.
This is a strong and dynamic champagne, rich and fine, with a dosage of 6.67 gr/L.
