We are looking for a talented and passionate barista to transform every cup of coffee into a memorable experience for our customers. You will be the heart of our barista team, ensuring that every drink prepared meets the highest standards of quality, flavor and presentation. Key Responsibilities
- Prepares coffees and coffee-based drinks, teas and other assortments according to brand recipes and standards.
- It offers customers an exceptional experience through fast, friendly and personalized service.
- Manages coffee equipment, its maintenance and cleaning.
- Oversees coffee, ingredient and consumable stocks, ensuring efficient cost management.
- Trains and supports newer team members in coffee brewing techniques and customer service.
- Collaborate with logistics and retail teams to ensure smooth operation of the café.
